The illustrations from this book are cute and generally follow the same color scheme each page. All the pictures are fun, entertaining, and welcoming. They appear to be like pencil drawn and have a cute way of drawing in the readers.

To use this book in the classroom, the teacher could have students working on rhyming words. The teacher could read the book and then have sections of the book printed off to hand to each student. With these book parts, the students could highlight the words that they think rhyme. For gifted students, the teacher could have them come up with words that continue the rhyming scheme. Overall, this is a creative and fun book to use for pulling out rhyming.
This book is absolutely hilarious! I think that having the students work on rhyming words is a great idea.
